Kevin Robertson, Chief Operating Officer

Kevin started fixing computers while in still in high school. The school district put him to work training faculty and other students, administering the network and workstations. After that early start Kevin moved on to Egghead Software, quickly moving from a simple sales role in the stores to a critical tech support role at the corporate office in Spokane. When Kevin decided to move back to Seattle, he and a computer colleague started a computer repair service. Years later when they parted ways, Kevin put his computer know-how to work by launching Proactive Computer Maintenance. A former boy scout, Kevin still enjoys being outdoors and backpacking…to the extreme that he traveled all the way to Nepal to hike in 2007! In Kevin's spare time, he enjoys remodeling and working in the yard.

Keith Duarte, Technical Project Engineer

Keith has been using computers since he was very young and began fixing them just after high school. After graduating high school, he began building computers for himself and his brother so they could play video games together. From there, it was a relatively short jump into the networking side after deciding he did not want to continue pursuing computer programming and web design. In 2005, he attended Highline Community College to pursue the Network Specialist AAS degree to further his education. Keith has been working alongside Kevin since 2001 and followed him to Proactive Computer Maintenance after he started his own company.Growing up Keith was always an athlete, spending time playing both baseball and football since he was 6 years old. In his freshman year of high school, he began playing roller hockey as well. A few years back, he transitioned into ice hockey and still plays regularly in a local organized league. Keith has also taken up scuba diving and explores the underwater world in the Puget Sound and surrounding areas with plans to expand globally over the next few years.

Vanessa Robertson, Business Development Manager

Vanessa comes to Proactive Computer Maintenance with a background rich in communication and customer service. Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys creative pursuits such as photography, literature, and learning French. She is involved with her church mentoring children.
